Different mistakes altogether. In the case of Victoria the game came out a day or two before schedule in some danish stores. Not really serious With CK, it was weeks ahead. But, in both cases, it was Mork who came to the forum bragging. (and providing the eager forumites with screenshots.)

Someone high in the Paradox ladder called the Danish distributor and told them that CK was selling in stores, and that it shouldn't be so. CK was out in stores two+ weeks before release, but only for a couple of days.
I was probably responsible for that call...

Yep, Vicky was out a thursday the something/something, and was schelduled for release the following monday.
I was the only one who had the darn thing that thursday as Betafon (my game-pusher) recieved it that evening (got a call 10min before they closed, but then I could* ride my bike pretty quickly through town ).
Most other stores in Scandinavia got it friday or saturday.

CK was mistakenly released in Denmark prior to the oficial release.


*: Could because I have been in an accident which have left my left arm useless for a couple of months.

It wasn't *a* store. It was several (3 confirmed).

I think that it was speculated that Paradox would try to have it out before christmas.
No official voice ATM AFAIK.
