HOI2 and DH the diffrence?

Is there a diffrence between Kasierreich for HOI2 and Kasierreich for DH like new events and features?

KR for Darkest Hour will use DH Map, will have unique minister personalities (Mad Baron, Syndicalist Demagogue, Totalism Chairman, Unpopular President for example), will have decisions instead of some events and a few corrections here and there plus a few new events (which will soon be available even for KR for HOI2).

Not to mention DH performance are far better than HOI2 (much less lag), which also has an impact on the mod.
