HOI Version 1.01???

I read it somewhere and cant find it where...

so is it correct that there will be a Patch for HOI out even bevor I can hold this jewel in my hands?

What adresses this patch? Where will I get it from?...

... guess importnant issues (why else making a patch) and from the same places EU2 patches can be downloaded...

THING IS: I dont want to start a game Version 1.0 if there will be a patch out and maybe the savegames will be incompatible. I would like to start with Version 1.01 in that case

Any1 can clearifice that ... uhmmm.... rumor?

... thank you Patric for that info

... so as you that nothing about comaptible issues i guess there will be no problems in starting a game in Version 1.0 and continuing with the patch??????

P.S: hmmmm why bother im not even sure now if i can hold HOI in my hands friday next week

The standard reply is that it's always better to start anew game with a new patch. Your old save game may work, but it may have some problems doing so. And if you run into any problems and try reporting a bug, the first thing we'll ask is where your save game is from.

Besides, you'll need some time to get really comfortable with the game. It's a complicated game, and it'll take more than 5 minutes. If 1.01 isn't out, take the time to learn the gameplay and start your huge world-conquest as Germany game for 1.01.
