HOI Tech Scheduler (HTS) - Announcements Thread

Please use this thread for discussions, bug reports, feature requests, etc.
I'll use this thread to announce what is going on with HTS.

Version 1.0.0 is ready for release. I've contacted a couple of people to host the files. If you send me a PM or e-mail, I'll e-mail the files to you if they aren't hosted yet. I'll edit this post when I get the locations of the files on the hosted sites.

Instructions:
1. After download hts-1.0.0.zip, extract the file using full pathnames into some directory.
2. If you don't have a Java runtime (JRE) installed, go here and download the 1.4.1 JRE. The program should run on any JRE 1.3.1 or higher. Type java -version at a command prompt to make sure you have a JRE and a high enough version.
3. open the config/config.properties file and make sure the two directory entries are pointing to the right place.
4. Run the program using the hts.cmd or hts.bat file.
5. You don't need HOI installed to run the program, you just need text.csv and all the files in db/tech.
