HOI province ID

Hello guys, for it's been long since i played this game, i forgot some things...
But i really need to know how to find out provinces IDs so i can modify things for myself. I am sorry if i am missing something obvious, but i really need your help with this. Thanks in advance

In the folder "db" there is a file "Province.csv". It contains a list of provinces with a number preceding the name of the province. Maybe that's the ID?

You can use a cheat "showid" from console.
