I know thing may not be a typical question for this forum but it doesn't seem to fit under technical support either.
Can anyone tell me if the Platinum version of the game is supposed to include an actual manual? My copy, which was purchased brand new today, only had one disc and no manual and I can't see one on the disc either.
The store I bought it from always removes the discs before they display the game box on the shelf and the guy told me it came with no manual and he assumed it was on the disc. The Paradox site says it should include an 88 page manual, no mention of its form.
Can anyone confirm one way or the other for me? It would be much appreciated thanks.
