HOI map

I was kinda thinking: would it, in theori, be possible to use the HOI map in EU2? I know that if so, it would probable be to big a job to be worth doing (and I don't know if it would be legal) - but I'm curious as to whether it could be done.

I havent looked at the HoI file structure of game engine... but i bet the answer "its simply not possible"...
