Is the game going to have Steam Achievements?

No problem but there is an achievement thread out there with ideas but I don't know if the Devs have been watching it. Some of the ideas were great though so you should check them out to get an idea on how to achieve them (because they are similar to what would be in the game).

Actually there is an ironman mode in HoI IV, just as there is in Stellaris and EUIV. You can see it during World War Wednesday, besides the co-op and historical mode selection.
