We see there is wisdom from developers of HOI IV to consider best things from HOI II and HOI III while making this game.
HOI II unit type of sprites in IV ?
I say bring back tradition and unmatched quality.
I played probably every HOI type of game and mod ever made, from HOI I to HOI III TFH.
In all of this years, from the bottom of my heart I can tell I never found better unit sprites than original HOI II type of sprites.
It was a work of pure genius, simple jet immersive, clean, clear, satisfying and beautiful.
From my point of view, this aproach from HOI II is pure jewel , that should be considered to be implemented in basic unit type visual (brigade or whatever lowest unit level in HOI IV will be), at least as an option.
