Hi-Just bought HOI II Complete yesterday. Playing US, scenario US-'36. Between game time 5/1/36 and 5/2, my Dissent went from -0.02 to +0.48. There was no event displayed, no warning, etc. I checked the big events calendar Nothing there. What caused this? What, if anything can I do? Hugh Browne

To lower dissent you need to assign IC to consumer goods. You probably don't have enough IC dedicated to consumer goods.
