We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
There is enough of a difference between them that you cannot play a mod made for version 1.02, in version 1.03.
The DH team are constantly upgrading the code, the graphics, the events, in fact everything is being upgraded and improved.
EDIT: And even in version 1.03 there are 3 releases, i.e. RC1, RC2 and RC3. Again, they are quite different to eachother.
