HOI expansions

Okay, the first HOI 3 upgrade 'Semper Fi' is on offer at Steam for a few days.

I bought HOI 3 and was, well, disappointed. I understand from various postings that to make the game as playable as say HOI 2 was you need the first three expansions / upgrades, but no-where do I see these three available together and I wonder why not ?

Oh well suppose I'll just sit and wait patiantly for HOI IV and Stellaris.

There is sometimes sales for all three expansions, wait for those. Or try Victoria 2

Their is PD sale on Steam so you can buy the xp packs.
