Description
This relates specifically to the Dalmatian releasable (via "A Devolved Croatia") and the Vojvodina releasable (via "Autonomy for Slavic Transylvania"). I should also specify that this isn't a request to add unique portraits (though, all of the Yugoslavian releasable do have specific names, traits, etc.) it's only to point out that the generic portraits are not being applied properly, leaving the nation with a default placeholder portrait. This issue has persisted for some time but seeing as Italy is likely to enter the spotlight soon, it may receive more attention.
Steps to Reproduce
Complete the focuses below "Limited Self-Government" that I specified. The specific releasable will be the "Banovina of Dalmatia" who's leader is "Ljudevit Mohorovicic" and the "Autonomous Region of Vojvodina" who's leader is "Zsigmond Kautman".
