Description
Apparently, the damage of aircraft is calculated on the size of the wing performing the mission, and not the number of aircraft capable of engaging in combat, in other words, wings that are smaller or equal in size than the capacity of the battle in which they can enter seems to inflict the correct damage, a wing exceeding the capacity of the battle inflicts damage as if the entire wing enters the battle.

The screenshots show examples of various ground battles with 1 sorties per battle, but with different wing composition.
Saves with these tests are also attached.

Steps to Reproduce
1. load 1939 scenario as japan
2. add more cas planes to your stockpile via Add_latest_equipment 1000 command
3. deploy 1000 wing cas in airfield nearest to the land battle and set them on cas mission
4. start land battle and check cas damage after 08:00 or 16:00
5. split the wing until the number of aircraft in the wing is equal to or less than 100
6. start land battle and check cas damage after 08:00 or 16:00

An update to this issue. I can confirm it still continues.
Playing in the lasted beta patch, 1.11.4.
I have all DLC.
No mods.

Im going to be using 200 CAS 1.
The air wing this battle is 200 in size. It dealt 34 damage, the division (a 18width) went from 56 org to only 9.

A 200 CAS split into 100 air wing sizes do 18 damage. The division went from 56 org to 26.

The damage doesn't increase linear nor decreases linearly with the size of the air wing. This is 13-14 air wing sizes, org a bit higher than before.

You can tell the damage scales based on the air wing size instead of the amount of CAS in the battle. Those are faily simple tests, considering the complains people are doing with CAS doing too much damage, it does ring a bell how worse this can escalate.
To put more input on some other tests other people preformed: 132 damage with 10 wings of 100 and 180 with 1 wing of 1000 // running two battles at the same time gets 124 vs 200 and 113 vs 178. This makes a big diference.

For anyone who wants to reproduce the tests, I played on the 39 start date and deactivated the AI to avoid big interference. It's a quick test that gets you quick results.
