Whole world turn democratic but the ruling flag is Fascist no law no nation has puppet no faction and the leader is missing

Steps to Reproduce
Play as Soviet Iron man mode 1936 touch nothing except turn all division except the nkvd into horse division then turn off the game via task manager and enter the game

Hi Madiaw. What platform (eg. Steam) and operating system (Windows, Linux etc.) you were using when this occurred? Would you mind clarifying the following info in terms of the reproduction steps:
- you selected all divisions in the Soviet Union (except all NKVD divisions) and changed their template to "Kavaleriyskaya Divizyja", correct?
- by turn off the game you mean "exit to menu" or "exit game"
- when you went back into the game did you click on "Resume" to go straight back into the game or you went to click "Play" and then manually select it from your saved games?

The bug happened by exiting the game by task manager and a new "save" will appeared (the temp file)

This is a common occurence when either the save is broken, or something fundamental about the game has changed, usually a DLC missing. Ive seen it often. It just means that you need to check your DLCs and mods.
These days, the game gets often patched. Maybe a patch broke your savegame?

Edit: Oh nevermind. You crashed the game with taskmgr. No wonder the savegame is borked
