White peace with Australia hence releases Poland after been capitulated but I didn't want peace

I was playing as Germany the game is non historical ai focus and I invaded Poland, and then as soon as I went and started another war after Poland been capitulated, there was event apparently I signed a white peace with Australia as UK is decolonising its empire and its dominions are becoming free. As soon as that happened, Poland was released as if nothing ever happened yet there was no way around it. The mod is only sabaton so it shouldnt change the game mechanics much
Steps to Reproduce
Play non historical where UK decolonises and play as Germany invade Poland and then eventually keep playing attack someone else and by early 1940, there's a white peace with Australia.
