Description
When playing as Germany, I sent volunteer forces to Nationalist Spain, as one is wont to do. When the war ended, the land units were listed as in transit, but they were never returned. Also, the dip tab for NatSpain showed it as still having said volunteers. Upon reloading the game the "Volunteer forces in transit" icon had disappeared. The land units in question were never recovered. The air units were returned, however, as were the commanders.
Steps to Reproduce
Play as Germany
Send volunteers to NatSpain
Build a boatload of units back home
Send more volunteers, as the cap has increased during the civil war
Help them win the war
Get neither thanks nor land units in return
