Description
I started a new game as Germany in the January 1st 1936 start date, completed Rhineland and Befriend Japan, and reloaded the savegame. When I reloaded the save game, and played for 24hrs IGT, the opinion modifier set to Japan and China disappeared, as though I never did the focus in the first place. I first noticed this issue in a mod, as it not only affects opinion modifiers, but also trade influence modifiers. It completely resets them to the values at the start date. Note that Improve Relations, military access and guarantee independence are NOT affected.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Start 1936 game as Germany.
*1.1. Activate focus.autocomplete to speed up bug finding.
2. Complete Rhineland and Befriend Japan.
3. Note German-Japanese & Sino-German relations marked as pre-reload.
4. Save the game.
5. Reload save.
6. Wait 24hrs IGT.
7. Note German-Japanese & Sino-German relations marked as post-reload.
