v1.12.2.9ebb (e45c) NO BBA - Ethiopia does not get Sultanate of Aussa after "Defeat the Colonizers"

Description
Playing without BBA.
After pushing the Italians out of Ethiopia, Eritrea and Somaliland before they join the Axis, the player can activate the "Defeat the Colonizers" decision, which should grant all of these lands to Ethiopia. However after BBA, this event does not grant control over the Sultanate of Aussa. The very least it should become Ethiopia's puppet, but I think it would make sense, if it would get annexed, as it happened with all these territories before the new DLC.

Steps to Reproduce
Play Ethiopia without BBA
Push Italy out of the Horn of Africa before they join the Axis
Activate "Defeat the Colonizers" decision
Get piece with Italy
Be surprised they still control the territory of the Sultanate of Aussa, which makes no sense.
