There might be something wrong with my English, but I do not believe this makes any sense at all:

What help sent sent to Nationalists has to do with Imperial Spain gold reserves? What, in fact, is Imperial Spain? Why does it suggest that I sent anything to Nationalist in the first place? So many questions...

I get this as well, in the open beta - I suspect the event is taking the wrong cosmetic tag (I suspect it's intended to read "Republican Spanish" instead of "Imperial Spanish"). Screenshot and save attached in case it helps.

Repro steps:

1) Load save, selection SOV as the played nation.
2) Observe SOV is intervening in the Spanish Civil War on the side of the Republicans.
3) Observe in the event text, it refers to an Imperial Spanish victory.
