Description
After installing the game on a new PC, I noticed that when I go to menu by pressing Esc button, there is a new window with tutorial menus. There is no option to close or disable this window. When I do launch a tutorial video, there is no "don't show again" checkbox.

Steps to Reproduce
Make a fresh install of HOI IV (like on new PC), start a new game and press Esc button.

I just did a clean install of the game through steam and I'm having the same issue. It might because I ran steam as administrator this time when installing the game. I never had this problem before when installing the game normally. It might actually be good thing because maybe not all files are being installed unless you run steam as an administrator but I wish they could be disabled.
