Description
The UK decision "Invoke the Alliance of 1373" has a missing piece of text in the "Effects when selected" part of the tooltip: 'The UK invites Portugal to the '.

I'm assuming it should read "The UK invites Portugal to the Allies" but as it doesn't specify, I've no idea if that's what this decision actually does.

Steps to Reproduce
Be at war as the UK and hover the mouse over the decision.
