Description
Edward VIII is renamed using the game's random name generator, and it makes it impossible to get rid of inexperienced imperialist since Edward VIII is not technicality in charge of the country.

Steps to Reproduce
Started up another king's party run, and the same issue happened with a different random name.

This guy has the same problem, but with Spain.
I had the same problem with a tiny mod that I made, which just uses the old "create_country_leader"
