Description
My units won't move to the assigned frontline(field marshal), they won't move even if I reassing them to a new army. I have the army on Balanced Cohesion.

Steps to Reproduce
No clue, it seems to be random.

Also experiencing this issue. When I assigned a Field Marshall order to Ethiopia, the troops in Italy do not move.

That is in the description, that balanced cohesion forbids long distance moving
