Description
Happy New Year to all. I was going for the Romanov Achievement with Historical Turned off and went to the focus “Reforge the Triple Entente” and both Britain and France Agreed. However Italy went after Yugoslavia calling in France and Czechoslovakia in the Czech Entente. Britain went with the Kings Party as well. When both agreed, the Czech Entente was turned into the Triple Entente and Russia got a completely separate faction by itself. Britain joined nothing so I dismantled my faction and invited them into my new faction as shown below. Then I get the news event saying both Russia and Russia have agreed to revive the alliance as shown in the attached photo.

Steps to Reproduce
Turn Historical AI off:
Rush down “Reforge Triple Entente” as Russia
Set Germany to Monarchy Compromise Path with Albanian Guarantee.
Set UK to Kings Party
Set Czechoslovakia to Entente on their own
