Description
There is no option to make some generals and admirals "sympathy for the monarchy" trait, although you can see that in description of stalin's action to make general loyal, it says that if general will receive trait for loyality to the Bukharin, Trotskyi or Monarchy, then he cannot be made loyal for stalin, but i won't see an option to make any general loyal to monarchy.
Is this a missed feature that developers forget to add, or it's get deleted from the game, or i'm just blind? Explain me, because only 6 general, 5 of which are field marchals is very small amount for a major like Russia, also no good military advisors because of this

Steps to Reproduce
Go down the Monarchy/Facsist route, start to make some territories in Siberia loyal for you, and wait until stalin start to make an general or admiral loyal for him - check the description of this

From what I can see you're still on 1.11.1, could you please update the game and tell us if the issue still occurs? And if so, could you please send me your save file?

Oh. sorry! I forgot to write that i played on the last updated version of beta, i started monarchy russia game yesterday
Sadly, after finishing the game i deleted the save, but i will reproduce issue today and send you save file
Also have to mention that i got an event: "a general dissatisfied with Stalin joins us", and that's cool, but this is only event that gives me a new general, no option to make loyal some generals/admirals BEFORE civil war starts

In this run 2 soviet generals joined me DURING civil war, but i still cannot make them loyal before the war, so after need to spend a lot of CP to make new ones
I send you 5 saves: 3 saves where i preparing, 1 during civil war and 1 after
There is a focus that gives you an option to make general or admiral a target for the NKVD, but no option to make them loyal
