Description
The issue consists on, that the map colors are black. The tree or forts and textures are in color. First thing I tried was restarting the HOI4, It didn't work, so I tried to change DirectX11 to DirectX9, still doesn't work. Even changing to OpenGL doesn't change anything. I asked for help local tech-support on your offical disord server, they told me that deleting cache might help, and still it doesnt work. So I tried reinstalling the HOI4 and it dont work. The bug only affects the map, not anything else. I don't know if the bug affects multiplayer too.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Start the launcher
2. Click button Play
3. Play alone
4. Pick any country
5. Bug is showed
