Tech bonus not showing in tech tree icon

Description
Playing as Britain i tend to delay researching the industry tech so i can have the sweet 50% bonus from the commonwealth. The bonus is still working however the bonus is not displayed on the tech icon anymore, so a player cannot see the bonus unless the player hovers the mouse over the icon.
Steps to Reproduce
Start game as britain. Reserach a tech that takes as long as the tech "basic machine tools" takes, eg. AT gun.
When that research finishes wait a couple of days and all of the commonwealth should have researched "Basic machine tools" for 50% bonus.
confirm that the bonus applies and that the bonus is not shown on the tech icon as it used to do.
