Switzerland has duplicated ai_strategy with Sweden named SWE_avoid_axis_or_comintern [v1.12.6] [a6ba]

File "common/ai_strategy/SWE.txt" has an ai_strategy called "SWE_avoid_axis_or_comintern"
File "common/ai_strategy/SWI.txt" also has an ai_strategy called "SWE_avoid_axis_or_comintern"
The Switzerland strategy just needs to be renamed to "SWI_avoid_axis_or_comintern" to fix this.
Steps to Reproduce
Open the files in your preferred text editor. They're both the first strategy defined in each file.
