Description
I play as Romanov-Russia (Monarch-Branch) and got the Achievement "The Pope? How many Divisions does he have?". In the Achievement its stated "As USSR take Rome" but i'm Russia not USSR.

Steps to Reproduce
Conquer Rome as Monarch-Russia (Not as USSR)

Hi @Acce010 , thanks for your report! This is actually working as designed, because it's a quote of Stalin. Should not affect the gameplay. Hope you enjoy HoI4!
