Description
Any time I try to call my puppet Canada into the war against the USA, nothing happens. In the war screen they are portrayed as active in this war, but they are still at peace with the USA. When I send the call to war request nothing happens (i.e. no acceptance, but no refusal either). I have included my ironman savegame for further reference.
