Description
I set the the access level for the English channel to blocked. Nevertheless, The fleet passed through English channel for go to designated area as do their task. Also, they stopped in the area and their peformance declined.
Steps to Reproduce
1, selecting German Reich to play.
2, setting the access level for the English channel to blocked.
3, sending the fleet to Denmark strait, North atlantic ridge, Iberian coast, and African coast for
excute the mission. It is necessary for reproduction to chose one of them patrol, cnvoy raiding, and convoy escote.
