Description
Playing as Canada I'm currently the only surviving Axis member. However the game still shows German Reich as the faction leader.

I don't have any DLCs so I can't become the faction leader manually but according to the wiki as I'm the only surviving Axis member I should have become the leader automatically by this point.

Steps to Reproduce
Not sure if this always happens but in my game - go fascist by civil war, conquer US, join Axis, wait until Germany capitulates.

Germany is still alive, you would have to go save them from their death but yes it should transfer over. (Also, what is that Chinese United Front) Just a thought because you don't have DLC but try Road to 56. (not on this save)
