Description
The title crashes immediately whenever the player tries to make any General or Field Marshal available as an advisor. Moreover, this issue occurs regardless of the General/Field Marshal, chosen specialist role, and country.
Please note that this issue occurs on MacBook Pro devices (SN Y237L0JK43) with macOS Monterey version: 12.6 (21G115).
Please also note that this issue occurs on the previous patch and macOS version

Steps to Reproduce
1. Start the title on MacBook with MacOS Monterey version: 12.6 (21G115)
2. Start the attached save game
3. Open Leader Details of any General/Field Marshal that can receive Officer Corps Role (e.g. Abdurrahman Gurman)
4. Try to add any available advisor role to the General/Field Marshal
