I don't know why but my general cannot acquire the trait I am attempting to grant them.

Steps to Reproduce
Other then clicking on the general and trying to add the trait, no real steps.

This is still going on in a new game on 1.11.3 on a brand new(Just arrived yesterday) Alienware PC.
