This should be fixed in an upcoming beta update due to unrelated fixes to the way the end of the SCW works. I'm entirely at a loss how this happened in your particular savegame, though...

The Nationalist and Anarchists lost on exactly the same day. So that might have caused it. I loaded up an old save game file from a bit before. The war ended at different times for Nationalists and Anarchists this time but the news event incorrectly said there was an Anarchist victory.
