Description
After the end date, when no majors are at war, when score screen pop up.
There is no button to continue to play any more while it was there before 1.6.0

Steps to Reproduce
1, Play 1.6.0 all the way to January 1949
2, Win all the war around the world
3, Wait score screen to pop up
4, No button to continue playing any more... But it was there in 1.5.4

.... could old saves be loaded to solve that ,
as I want to drop my atom bombs on the "MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE" in Berlin ,
as my game played out like that series
but survived in my starting area, as Monarchy
