Some Italian field marshal's custom portrait disappear when deployed in game (shows empty portrait instead) v1.12.2.9ebb (e45c)

Do you have mods enabled?
A few mods enabled (lamp's icon, division icon, player peace conference, soldier's radio), but none that's related to generals/portraits.

Description
Happens randomly (field marshal still remain deployed, but shows empty portrait). Doesn't seem to cause crash or performance issues.

Steps to Reproduce
Play as historical Italy, problem usually first occurs when player deploys a field marshal with Italian volunteer divisions. Problem persist on and off after that (doesn't happen to all deployed field marshals). Relaunching the game/reloading a save/switching to a diff. field marshal in game all seem to "fix" the issue, but usually temporarily.

Can confirm, i sent Italo Balbo and Roatta to Spain but after sometime Balbo's portrait is missing. Returned to normal after they come back to Italy

Mods: No Mods, Vanilla Mode

DLCs: TfV, DoD, WtT, MtG, and NSB

I have played two games being Italy where the Generals disappear while playing. I have no mods.
