Description
After soviets take poland, germany does not get Viovodeship Silesia.

Steps to Reproduce
Play as germany(works with AI too), Get focus molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, wait until Soviet Union attacks and defeats poland. If soviets honor the pact, you still doesn't get Silesia from them. It will remain in polish ownership with Soviet occupation.

Already fixed in our internal build, but didn't make it into the 1.5.3 hotfix. Thanks for reporting, anyhow
