Description
I did military advisors to Spain as Right Opposition USSR, the tooltip said an POUM general would join me if they capitulated. Once they did, I saw no new general appear.
Steps to Reproduce
Do Covert Support for POUM Spain and Military Advisors to Spain and wait until the POUM Spain capitulates.
