Description
Return Democracy to the Party should release Ivan Smirnov, Ivar Smilga and Aleksander Shlyapnikov from prison, but as the screenshots show for both oppositions they won't be, only their portraits change.
Normally for the left opposition Smirnov's bloc should cover them, but I didn't do that focus in my run, cw started over paranoia before I could do it and so they remain locked up forever
Steps to Reproduce
For Left Opposition:
Don't do Integrate Smirnov's Bloc before the civil war starts.
For Right Opposition:
Just do the focus with any of those 3 alive.
