Description
Resources on which another country has rights on, despite being shipped to them according to the trade window, are yet not present in the resources nor navy mapmode for convoys. For example, British oil in Mexico or Iraq appear as sent to UK but there's no blue tracer showing the convoy, as is the case when a nation gathers resources oversea. Are these raidable with convoy raiding even if the game doesn't show the convoys?
Edit.: picture shows there are 20ish convoys that should depart from Iraq to London. On the resource map mode they're not showed either departing from Iraq nor from the nearby Egyptian port of Alexandria in case a land+ship transport is present. Same issue for the Mexican ones, there's literally no blue tracer across the Gulf, making all these convoys unplunderable.
Steps to Reproduce
Just start the game and check the trade window. Double-check by tagging to the country "hosting" the resources and see as there's still no convoy departing to the recipient country.
