Resistance issue after "Danzig for guarantees"-Focus as Germany

Description
Since the new DLC there is a new province in Poland (Gdynia). When, as Germany, the Focus "Danzig for guarantees" is completed and accepted by Poland, the province is, as intended, transfered to Germany. But "Gdynia" starts to build up resistance, as if it was conquered and not transfered peacefully.

Steps to Reproduce
Play Germany, complete the focus "Danzig for guarantees", get the provinces peacefully. Then there will be resistance in "Gdynia".
