Rebuilt the Salamis decision is putting in production a Battlecruiser with Battleship Armor.

Description
In the description of the ship, it says that the Salamis was a battlecruiser scrapped in 1932. If you plan to rebuild it, after research the newst model (in my case: 1936) of battleship and armor, to get it updated when you select the decision, instead of it being built with a lvl2 battlecruiser armor, it receives a lvl2 battleship armor. The ship don't get any update in AA too (i don't know if it is intented or is a bug).
Steps to Reproduce
Finish the focuse 'Bolster the Schachtplan' and research 1936 battleship and armor tech.
