Description
We have taken the "New Military Academy" focus with Poland, but did not get the attached spirit, meaning that new generals do not get any of the free levels or stats. We took the focus prior to the Civil War, and was given the spirit at the time, but it did not carry across to the "new" Polish Peasants tag.
Steps to Reproduce
Play as Poland, take the "New Military Academy" focus.
Switch to one of the other Polish tags (ie, Polish Peasants).
See that spirit did not transfer.
