Description
When playing Poland, with Ironman enabled, Upon completing the focus Develop Gdansk Shipbuilding Focus, instead of building two Naval Shipyards in Gdansk, it builds them in the Sinkiang province of Dabancheng.

Steps to Reproduce
Go down the clamp down Danzig focus tree, complete the focus Develop Gdansk Shipbuilding Focus. Notice Gdansk is missing two Shipyards upon completion of the focus and the description of the focus says.
[Dabancheng]
Add 2 building slots.
Add 2 Naval Dockyard.
I then search up the Dabancheng province and question my existence

It says Danzig on the screenshot though. How are we supposed to verify this bug?

Verified game files, the game is set to prioritize 85, which is Danzig or Gdansk, depending on the language you pefer
