The piercing stat is missing from Medium SP Artillery II and Medium SP Artillery III. All major countries and minor countries exhibit this condition. Note: Medium SP Artillery I has a piercing stat of 5.0.
Steps to Reproduce
Start a 1936 game and select any country. Open the Armor research tab and click on either the Medium SP Artillery II or Medium SP Artillery III icon and observe the resulting pop-up technology summary.
