No
Description
I started the focus to end the regency somewhere in the summer of 1941, so it was finished somewhere in beginning of October. I thought that this way Peter II would be adult from the start of ruling, but no, he is just forever young now and the focus tree is blocked after that focus. I'm playing right now in 1946, and he is still young.
The second screenshot shows that for some reason the ruler, Peter II, gives 10% stability, and I still have the nation spirit called Peter II that was from the start of the game. I don't think that it's right too.
Steps to Reproduce
Start "End the regency" focus so that it finishes in October 1941 or later.
