Description
When pursuing the "Local Rulers Approach Italian Officials" event chain from the "Topple Amhara Rulers" focus, the events for each sub-state correctly displays the unique portraits that the leaders should take, though when one clicks the second option of the event (to release the state as a puppet), the new puppet leader has a generic portrait.
From my observation, I would propose that the bug is that the second option for the event makes the described character the leader of fascist Ethiopia, (as can be seen in attached photo 2), then fails to "Joins Tigray" as said in the choice's tooltip.
Steps to Reproduce
As Italy on historical AI, win the war in Ethiopia, take the "Servizio Informazioni Militare" focus, the "Triumph in Africa" focus, and then the "Topple Amhara Rulers" focus. When prompted by an event to create a puppet regime in one of the four sub-states of Ethiopia, click the second option (to release the puppet.) When the state is released, observe the portrait.
