Description of issue
(PC v1.11.4.e26e (b22c) Interface Glitch in Custom Game Rules
Game Version
Barbarossa v.1.11.4
Enabled DLC
Do you have mods enabled?
No
Description
If you open any sub-tab, like for example the 'Game Play Rules - Paradrops'-section to turn them off or open 'AI-behaviour' for a specific country and then scroll up or down, then the interface will still be open and will slide off its inted place and basically fly across the screen, up or down, depending on the direction of scrolling. In short, it is affected by the scrolling and doesn't close automatically. This works whatever the 'Custom Game Rules' menu is moved and is always attached to the menu.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to cusom game rules and open in the options for example France under 'AI-behaviour'. Keep the tab (with Default, Communist, etc.) open and scroll up or down while hovering over the Custom-game-rule-menu in the middle until the menu moves off the 'ai behavior' menu moves off the 'Custom Game Rules# menu.
